The floral cheetah

Imagine If the cheetah's spots were actually floral?! how would that be? Or maybe If you are like me, you believe there is an alternative world some place out there, where everything is all mixed up, floral cheetahs etc B-) Ok maybe that last bit was a bit unnecessary.
Almost half way through the year and I am still on overdrive with print on print outfits, well in the spirit of the floral cheetah, this was today's look....

As you may have realized now, i always settle for neural colored shoes for most of my print on print outfits...
Aren't I such a sweetheart...

(Floral Skirt- H&M; cheetah print top-Random Vendor; nude pumps,Dorothy Perkins)
To sort of add an African feel to match up my hair-do, i choose these green wedge-shaped earrings...
Say what now??

Ajak Deng maybe??

COLOR CRAZE!

Color blocking has little or no limitations. The key is in finding colors that blend and look well with each other. I did a mix of bright orange, mint green and a neon pink belt for work today. I turned my lemon-printed orange vest into a peplum by simply adding a belt :) To neutralize the whole look, i went for nude-colored pumps, and minimalist jewelry.

The vest turned into a peplum...
I added a tweed coat to guard against the cold, choose neutral colored outerwear to create a balance to the look...
As for make-up, I used a black eyeliner on the upper eyelids, nude colored lipstick for a subtle look, and still very much in love with my unruly hair :)

Lady in Black

Black is one timeless, chic color. One can rarely go wrong pulling an all black look. As i have mentioned time and time again, I love color! Most if not all ,of my clothes are full of prints and color(I came to this conclusion after searching for plain colored office wear) Below is today's outfit,  inspired by the current week's dull weather

Sunday Blues

Don't get the title wrong! Today, despite the weather, was an amazing day! Below is today's look.

This is another of my comfort simple look, a denim shirt with colored pants is a sure way to stay stylish! This is normally what I'd wear on those 'i have nothing to wear' moments.
Moving on swiftly... I am on that short natural hair, rocking THE bantu knot outs, minimalistic make-up
The earrings,nude-colored lipgloss,beaded necklace,ring,...
It rained later in the day, I layered with a black trench coat
 Up-close with the peep-toe booties...
(trench coat- Zara; pants- Mr.price; Wedges, Bag and shirt- gifted )
