STYLING ESCAPADES

This lady Annete is one of those blessed ladies with the curves in all the right places (I know deep down we all wish we had such curves) This kind of body can be challenging to dress up for some people. Here are a few tips on how to 'werq' it.  This is for a girl who loves to dress up!
The 90s looks are slowly coming back, the pencil skirts and denims had a strong presence then. This outfit is for a daring fashionista, comprising of a black high-waist pencil skirt with a front slit and a denim mid-riff top…

This is a look that can be for a day out with the girls / attending a poetry or music event, I feel that artistic events(at least they ought to) give one room to bring out there fashionistic side so to speak. A closer look at the mid-riff top, skirt and shoes...

Believe it or  not this denim  blouse is around 30 years old!(courtesy of Annetes mom's wardrobe) I love how unique it is. This look gives a break to the usual denim shirts and jackets we’ve seen around.

For an edgy look, I put it together with these boots with studs…

African print…! This has been ever present in the fashion scene. This again is a dime piece that was made some years back. The African print skirt is always a statement. Worn with a peplum top another major trend; makes up a chic look. To sort of tone down,I added these heels to finish up…
the peplum top...
Military colored top with shoulder detail worn with blue pants. With the creativity of Annete we combined these two colors to bring this out….very rare combo but with the neon pink belt, there was life to the outfit!
